   Since the gym I train at does not allow chalk, I tried this. It works just as well as chalk but is way more clean and discreet. It does have a fragrant coconut-alcohol-ish smell, and it leaves a white residue but it can be wiped down after. Having the key chain is great, and I just keep it clipped to my bag so I don’t forget it. The larger refill bottle is great since I went through a keychains’ worth in about 3 weeks!

   Im not a big fan of using wraps and refuse to wear gloves. Dries almost instantly to your hands to give a rough surface. It’s as just good as chalk without the mess. The little bottle it comes with is handy when clipped onto your gym bag. Would recommend to anyone in the gym!
